  • Powerful Chipset: The phone is housing a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC. it comes with the tree cluster and octa-core processor. The primary cluster has 1xCortex-X3 with a max clock speed of 3.35GHz, the Secondary Cluster has 3xCortex-A715 with a max clock speed of 3.0GHz and the third Cluster has 4xCortex-A510 with a max clock speed of 2.0GHz. This excellent setup allows you a powerful and butter-smooth performance in the phone in any condition whether it is gaming or multitasking.
  • Better Memory Options: The phone launched with 3 memory options— 8GB RAM/256GB Storage, 12GB RAM/256GB Storage, and 12GB RAM/512GB Storage supported by UFS 3.1 fast storage. The large memory options allow you a better determination.

The interesting thing is both, the rear and front camera supports 4K Recording.

  • Necessary Sensors Available: The sensor makes the device multi-tasking. The good thing is, that this phone has all the necessary sensors like Wifi, Bluetooth V5.3, NFC, GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, QZSS, BDS, NavIC, accelerometer, Gyro, Proximity, Compass, and the Under-display Fingerprint scanner, etc.

These are the key advantages of Pros of the Vivo V40 Pro mobile. A few more features are also good but it is common in this range of the vivo phone, so that’s why we mentioned the unmatchable key advantages of it.

Cons/Disadvantages

  • Screen Refresh Rate: 120Hz display is now common for today’s generation. They should make a difference in this range of the device. As we look at the Motorola Phone, they have introduced many phones below this range but support 144Hz display. For example, the Moto Edge 30 Fusion and Moto Edge 50 Fusion, both phones come under 25k rupees in India and support a 144Hz refresh rate display. So this is my point of view that, the Vivo V40 Pro should support a 144hz display.
  • No External Card Supports: It is now common for most premium phones that it is not to support External Cards. It stops users from increasing the storage of the phone. But in my point of view, they should provide these features. Not everyone can afford the top-storage model and low-storage model seriously desperate things. What is your opinion on that, You can comment below.
  • No 60FPS Video: The Vivo V40 Pro comes with a triple 50Mp camera on the rear side and a 50Mp selfie camera on the front side allows 4K and FHD+ recording at only 30FPS which is not good at this price range. They should provide the minimum 60FPS Video recording for both camera setups, even though we expected the 120FPS before the launch, but it came unexpectedly.
  • No 3.5mm Jack: Unfortunately there is no 3.5mm Audio jack which means you can’t use a 3.5mm jack Earphones or headphones. Instead, you can use OTG or wireless wearable devices.
  • No Wireless Charging: Below this price range, Nothing has launched the Nothing Phone (1) that supports the 15W Wireless, unfortunately, the Vivo V40 does not have this feature but that makes this phone lightweight and thinner because if the company adds wireless charging technology inside, it can’t be a thinner and lite-weight phone.

These are the few key disadvantages of the cons facts of the Vivo V40 Pro mobile. This feature is available in many phones, even in mid-range budget phones. However, several features are not commonly found in phones, such as a 3D curved display, a 5500mAh battery, and a lightweight design, etc.

Does Vivo V40 Pro Support 90FPS Gaming?

Yes, Vivo V40 Pro supports 90FPS gaming and several heavy games still need to verify but most of the games in this phone can be run on 90FPS gaming. The Phone houses a powerful Dimensity 9200+ chipset with 3.35GHz clock speed clusters that give you a buttery smooth performance in Gaming.

Is Vivo V40 Pro Supports Wireless Charging?

Unfortunately, the Vivo V40 Pro does not support Wireless Charging. The Vivo V40 Pro comes with a 5500 mAh battery capacity with 80W fast charging and wired reverse charging. No wireless charging support in the phone.

Does Vivo V40 Pro support 4K video Recording?

Yes, both of the camera setup allows you the 4K video recording at 30FPS. There is a triple 50Mp camera setup on the rear panel and another 50Mp camera on the front that gives you great photos and videos. Unfortunately, it does not support the 60FPS video recording.

Conclusion

This time vivo has done ultra-premium things. The Vivo 40 and 40 Pro, both come with ultra-premium design including unmatchable features. It is an all-in-one phone that provides you an immersive features. It has a triple 50 MP rear camera and another 50 MP selfie camera for excellent video and photo qualities. It has a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ Chipset that gives you multi-tasking and speedy gaming performances.

If you are looking for a Vivo phone with excellent gaming, Camera, and Battery efficiency and you can afford the 50K budget then you should go with this phone, however, there are so many phones in the market with excellent performances but you have to sacrifice the in few terms like Curved Display or Thinnes Dimension Phone, or Better battery backup phone with lightweight, etc. You can view more information of the phone at Vivo’s Official Website.
